Located in the Powai district of Mumbai, on a busy street full of bustling shops, you’ll find Rubakes cake shop. Rubakes is the first (of many planned) storefronts selling products made with Sorghum and millets sourced from the Organic Essentials of India farmer cooperative.
The cooperative serves over 6,000 farmers in India. While Rubakes may be the first storefront, it is only the newest capability of the organization. Their real strength lies in a network of white-label co-packing facilities with a pan-Indian presence. Their line of #HealthySnackFood is especially tasty.
